2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you subscribe to the Pro plan and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law.

4. Subscription renewals
Refunds for subscription renewals are not automatically provided. If you forget to cancel before a renewal date, please contact us and we will consider your request on a case-by-case basis.
5. Exceptions

- More than 14 days have passed since your initial purchase
- There is evidence of abuse of the refund policy (e.g. repeated refund requests)
- Your account has been suspended for violation of our Terms of Service

The free tier of the service is provided at no cost. No refunds apply to the free tier.
